Fundamentals of IT Project Management
The Fundamentals of IT Project Management course is a comprehensive course that contains over 6 hours of content and additional resources to introduce the student to the field of Project Management. This course differs from the "How to Manage a Large IT Project" course in that this course provides information about the Project Management profession ideal for college students or experienced professionals looking to transition into the Project Management profession.

These tools include delegation of work, leveraging a risk register, managing the business when they want to alter the scope, underperforming software vendors, and so much more.

Understand how to build out a project schedule and proactively manage it. The work doesn't stop when the project schedule is completed. The Project Manager is accountable to keep the schedule on track and remove any obstacles the project team is facing.
